3. Read and listen to the text about Leonardo da Vinci. What is his most famous painting? What is his most interesting invention?
Answers:
The Mona Lisa painting is a masterpiece of light and darkness and is probably the most famous painting in the world today. He was an Italian inventor and artist of the 15th century. Leonardo was very interested in science and invented many machines, including helicopters and airplanes. He was considered a genius ahead of his time.

5. Complete the sentences based on the text on page 76 with the Past Simple Passive form of the verbs in brackets.
